What is Total T«CAL?

Total T«CAL is an elementary & middle school interscholastic league. It is an extended ministry of Texas Christian Athletic League.

What sports can students compete in?

The league currently offers Volleyball, Basketball and Flag Football. 6-Man tackle for middle school, and other sports will be added as the popularity and demand increases.

What age groups are eligible for participation?

*Elementary: 5th & 6th grade players compete together. 1 team per school.

*Middle School: 7th & 8th grade players compete together, with possibilty of multiple teams (depending on size of your school).

How are the schools, districts, and regions divided?

All Elementary schools are grouped together and compete in a district within each city. Elementary schools will compete for a District title, and advance to a tournament to compete for a City title.

Middle Schools: compete for a District/Area title and then advance to a tournament for a Regional title. 

How does my school participate?

First, speak to a representative from T«CAL, then fill out a registration contract, turn in a team roster at the beginning of the school year and a FINAL ROSTER by the posted deadline.

* "Total T«CAL" will begin its inaugural season dependant upon the number of schools committed by the summer of 2009 or 2010.

**All students must be passing in order to compete. Coaches please refer to "Total T«CAL" section of your bylaws for eligibilty and rules.
